Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority at TUFF CLOTH. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please check our conditions for returns and refunds below:
Period to request a return
You can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code (right of withdrawal).
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

Inadequate size

Manufacturing defect
Period to request an exchange: up to 7 calendar days after receipt.
Conditions for return

The item must be unused, odor-free, and without signs of washing.

It must have the original tag attached.

Send in the original packaging or similar packaging that adequately protects the product.

Products showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Refund
After receiving and analyzing the item, the refund will be processed within 15 business days, according to the payment method:

Credit card: chargeback via operator (may appear on up to 2 statements).

Pix or bank slip: refund via bank transfer.
