Shipping method

  • All orders are shipped via SEDEX, ensuring greater speed and traceability.

Shipping time

  • The shipping time is up to 5 days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time varies by location and is informed at the time of purchase.

  • On average, orders are delivered within 8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost

  • Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery zip code.

  • In promotional campaigns, part of the shipping cost may be subsidized by the store.

Order tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery directly through the Correios website.

Incorrect address or absence at delivery

  • Make sure your delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.

  • In case of return due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a new shipping fee will be required for re-shipment.

  • We deliver throughout Brazil. We currently do not offer international shipping.
